Sandra MacKay is the Head of Legal for Engineered Intelligence, and ensures the legal compliance and viability of all our products. Sandra brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior legal and business executive, advising organizations across the technology, energy, healthcare, and emergency response sectors. Over her career, she has delivered pragmatic, strategic counsel to boards of directors and executive leadership teams, particularly on governance, enterprise risk, and complex organizational decision-making.

Sandra currently serves on the boards of two early-stage public mining companies and has previously served as a director of the Arts Club Theatre Company and Special Olympics BC. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and is an avid tennis player.
